Walter X. Loyola, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Walter X. Loyola has an Spinal Fellowship from the University of South Florida. He is a graduate of the University Central Del Caribe
in Puerto Rico and completed his residency in Neurological Surgery at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
He has also trained at the the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston Medical School, The Institute of Neurology in London and
Morristown Memorial Hospital in New Jersey.
Board Certified by The American Board of Neurological Surgery, he is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and member of The American Medical
Association, American Association of Neurological Surgeons, Congress of Neurological Surgeons, Texas Medical Association, and Dallas County Medical
Society.
Dr. Loyola utilizes the latest technologies and techniques in spine and brain surgery including minimally invasive procedures and stereotactic
brain surgery. He is involved in trials and development of new surgical procedures.
Chosen as one of The Best Doctor in Dallas by the D Magazine, Dr. Loyola in his spare time enjoys water sports, horse back riding and hunting
with his family and friends.
